Since 1995, Mike has specialized in portfolio management, strategic investment and retirement planning. He has run an opportunistic, value-oriented equity portfolio since 1998. Prior to forming PWA Financial Mike was with a private investment firm as a member of the Investment Committee for 7 years and with Wachovia/Prudential Securities as Vice President of Investments for 11 years before that. Prior to the investments industry Mike spent 17 years in corporate America where he worked with Coca-Cola Foods, Pepsi–Cola and the H.J. Heinz Company in corporate finance, sales, customer service and logistics. Mike resides in Princeton, NJ and has two sons.

Kenneth C. Coniglio

Ken’s entire career has been focused on strategic planning, and he continues to leverage those skills in the development and execution of customized investment solutions for key client relationships. His expertise across a wide spectrum of financial instruments and his extraordinary ability to explain Wall Street’s complex issues and how they affect our lives provide PWA Financial clients with an unparalleled opportunity to realize their individual goals. Ken is lead advisor on the following strategic portfolios: Dynamic Growth Equity, Core U.S. Equity, Penn Wealth Builder Portfolio, and Global Allocator Portfolio. Ken provides key input for Fixed Income investing at PWA and for outside manager selection, and portfolio allocation decisions.  Ken became Vice President of Investments at Wachovia/Prudential Securities, after beginning his career in Financial Services, in 2001 with Morgan Stanley. In 2006, Ken helped form CoreStates, an RIA associated with Schwab Institutional, where he was Senior Vice President before forming PWA Financial. Ken is married, has 2 children and 2 grandchildren. Ken is a longtime supporter of local youth programs and is a past board member of Northampton Indians Football Association. Before his career in the financial services industry, Ken was an executive in the apparel industry, where he specialized in strategic planning, brand marketing, and international sourcing.

Chris McNesby, CFP®

Chris has worked in the industry for over 18 years. Chris spent 8 years as a Financial Advisor with UBS Financial Services from 2001-2007. In 2008 Chris moved on to Wells Fargo Advisors as a Certified Financial Planner, Vice President-Investments. Chris joined Valley Financial Group as a managing partner in 2016. Chris is an experienced advisor with comprehensive wealth planning skills. Chris has been a financial education speaker at many group seminars and events throughout the city.

Chris has worked closely with many individuals, families, businesses and groups in the Philadelphia area over his years in the industry. Many of his clients have come thru the Philadelphia Police, Fire, Independence Blue Cross and other area unions-businesses. Chris is motivated by sitting one on one with clients to help them reach their financial goals.

Chris grew up in Northeast Philadelphia. Chris enjoys spending time with his family at the jersey shore.  Chris is married to his wife Lisa and reside in Huntingdon Valley, PA with their children Allie, Julia & Patrick. In 2016, Chris stepped away from a passionate hobby coaching basketball at his alma mater Roman Catholic High School. His teams won the 2014-2015, 2015-2016 PIAA State Championships. Chris also has a hobby of coaching basketball at his alma mater Roman Catholic High School. His teams won the 2014-2015, 2015-2016, 2021-2022 PIAA State Championships and multiple Philadelphia Catholic League Championships.

Ginny has been in the personal investment business since 1992 as Client Services Manager. Ginny’s depth of experience within the company allows her to analyze and solve problems from a variety of perspectives. She is a detail-oriented customer service professional with expertise in client response management. Her main responsibilities include processing account documentation and paperwork, money movement and client payouts.
